The Comintern and the ‘Negro Question’

Hakim, while active in the working-class movement in this country, has widely researched this important question exploring archive material both in this country and abroad.

His presentation will include details concerning the historic First International Conference of Negro Workers, organised by the Communist International in Hamburg in 1930.
