Presented by Irina Malenko

Irina Malenko, a Russian now living in northern Ireland , grew up in the USSR . Her personal knowledge of life in the Soviet Union , and after, will enable her to give a vivid account of what Stalin means to her and many others who have experienced the achievements of the first socialist state and also the devastating effects of the restoration of capitalism. Irina is active in the working-class movement, and regularly contributes to North Star Compass.
